Mascot & Main LLC ("Mascot & Main," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to mascotandmain.com and to the custom song services we provide.
1. Who we are
Mascot & Main LLC is a Georgia limited liability company that writes and produces custom songs for schools, athletic programs, towns, chambers of commerce, and other organizations.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us when you order or contact us. This includes your name, the organization you represent, your role or title, your email address, your phone number, your billing address, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Your creative brief. When you order, you answer a set of questions about your team, town, or organization. This includes things like your mascot, your colors, your traditions, the feeling you want, and the songs or artists you would like yours to resemble. We treat these answers as the working material for your project.
Materials you send us. Logos, brand guidelines, photos, mascot artwork, and similar files you provide so we can create your song and its accompanying materials.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of your order and limited billing details, but we do not collect or store your full credit or debit card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through our website platform and any analytics tools we use, including cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create, produce, revise, and deliver your custom song and the materials that come with it
- Process your order and payment
- Communicate with you about your project, including sending drafts and asking questions
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- Keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
- Improve our website and our services
- Send you marketing emails, but only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the business. Our providers include:
- Our website and e-commerce platform, which hosts the site and processes your order
- Our payment processor, which handles your payment securely
- Our email and file storage providers, which we use to communicate with you and deliver your files
- AI-assisted music and creative tools, described in Section 5
- Our accountant, attorney, and similar professional advisors, where necessary
- A music distributor, only if you purchase our optional streaming release service
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
5. AI tools and your creative brief
We create your song using artificial intelligence assisted music and writing tools together with our own writing, direction, editing, and production. This means the content of your creative brief, such as your mascot, your colors, your traditions, and the descriptions you provide, may be entered into third-party AI tools as part of creating your song.
We do not need your personal contact details to do this, and we do not intentionally submit your name, email, phone number, or payment information to those tools. If there is information in your brief you would prefer we not process this way, tell us before we begin and we will work around it.
6. Information about students, minors, and community members
Our website and services are directed to organizations and to adults acting on their behalf, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you send us materials that include the names, images, or other information of students, players, or community members, you are responsible for having the right and any necessary permissions to share those materials with us. We use them only to create your project. Please do not send us sensitive personal information about individuals unless it is genuinely needed for your song, and please do not send us information about minors without appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, or your institution.
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your cart, understand how the site is used, and improve it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep your order records, contracts, and project files for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We keep the songs and materials we create for you indefinitely, so that we can support you and produce new versions later, unless you have purchased a full buyout that requires otherwise or you ask us to delete them and we are not required to keep them.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including working with reputable platforms and payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You may:
- Ask what we hold about you and request a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email, or by contacting us
- Opt out of cookies through your browser settings
